Scott’s Hallmark needed a 12 second animation for the electronic billboard in front of the Shoppers World in Clifton Park for their store in that plaza. They came to SillyCar Design to get the job done and we were thrilled to be able to help. We were able to create a clean easy to read eye catching animation that met all of the required specs for the vendors billboard the first time.
